Inova Labs Inc., the company that manufacturers the LifeChoice Activox Sport and LifeChoice Activox Pro portable oxygen concentrators, just announced their newest portable unit. It is called the LifeChoice Activox 4L.

With each model that comes out, it seems as though the machine becomes more efficient and user-friendly. The Activox 4L is no exception to this observation.

Weighing in at 4.8 pounds, the LifeChoice Activox 4L is one of the lightest portable oxygen concentrators on the market.

It offers pulse flow settings of 1-4 which allows more patients to use this unit, and if your flow rate were to change it can most likely accommodate those changes. 

Like it's predecessors, the Activox 4L, operates using an internal battery. On a pulse dose setting of 2, the internal battery will last up to 8.25 hours.

There is an optional external battery available for the Activox 4L which will give you up to 3.75 hours of additional battery life on a setting of 2.

With a quick recharge time for both internal and external batteries, you will spend less time recharging and more time doing things you love. The internal battery will charge in 4 hours and the external battery will charge in 2 hours. If you are using the Activox 4L while you are recharging, it will take longer to get a full charge. Aside from having a higher flow rate than the Activox Pro or Activox Sport, Inova Labs made some changes to make the Activox 4L more user-friendly. One major change was adding an interactive display. The interactive display is equipped with trans reflective buttons which allow you to easily see them in day light or in the dark. It displays text messages on the screen if your unit is alarming to notify you of the problem. It also displays the remaining battery life in real time for your internal and external battery which means there is no more guessing how much time you actually have left. The Activox 4L is also equipped with sleep mode technology.
