5.1 Returns: Product returns will not be accepted by 1st Class Medical unless 1st Class Medical’s written authorization has been obtained in advance in the form of a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number, and the items are received by 1st Class Medical in their original condition. When returning Product, Customer is required to include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip to ensure prompt issuing of credits. The RMA number must be written on the documents enclosed and on the outside of the shipping box. All return shipments are to be paid by the Customer. Customer is granted a 30 day risk free trial period from date of invoice; subject to other conditions contained herein. During this period, Customer may return Product for full credit equal to the invoice price. Credit is not eligible for Product returned after 30 days from invoice date. Accessories are not eligible for a return for credit unless purchased and returned along with an eligible portable oxygen concentrator. This credit minus the processing fee will be paid once 1st Class Medical receives the Product back and the Product has been inspected to confirm all components are returned. If there are missing components, a partial credit may be given. This may take up to 10 business days after receipt of Product at 1st Class Medical’s facilities.
The processing fee is $99 and will be deducted from your return credit. If you smoke with or around your oxygen concentrator, you may not return your concentrator for a full refund. If your unit has been used while smoking, or around smoke, we will return your device back to you and will not issue a refund.
Any units that are returned due to customer-caused damage, the customer is responsible for all parts, labor, and shipping charges to return the unit to us for repair.
5.2 Repairs or Replacements Beyond Warranty: For Products returned for repair or replacement that are not covered under Product warranty, Customer shall contact 1st Class Medical for instructions and assistance. Products may only be returned by Customer to a designated repair facility, when accompanied by an RMA number issued by 1st Class Medical. Freight expenses for Products returned by Customer will be paid by Customer. Customer shall pay for freight cost incurred for shipment back to Customer for Products repaired or replaced outside of warranty. 1st Class Medical or 1st Class Medical's third party contractor’s standard repair charges are the Customer’s responsibility in addition to all shipping expenses. Assemblies replaced become the property of 1st Class Medical.
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists. When filling out one of our forms you will receive calls, emails, and text messages from 1st Class Medical, and LPT Medical (DBA of 1st Class Medical).
